Three months after cancelling our gym membership (and not getting much exercise) we’ve been given some passes for our old gym.
Accidentally went to a spin session last night. We’d gone to get ourselves back into the habit of exercising, but got dragged into what we thought was an introductory spin class. It wasn’t – it was the full session. Ooops.
My whole body is aching, yet I feel great. Feel more joined up than I have in months – and that my 30 kilos in 30 weeks target is actually achievable. Hard work, but achievable.
