Look I know you might think I am getting a bit too old for this but I had an absolutely fantastic night out on Friday. We went out with our neighbour and the departing lodger who has also been staying there. Met up with some of their friends who have a regular night out to a monthly club night in Manchester (Out Of The Blue @ club North) and had a fantastic time.
The night went on until 4am, but we gave up at 2.30am and wandered home after a short stop in the local kebaberie for a chip nan and some samosas.
I am just updating the photo album with some of the photos I took on the night. Unfortunately they were only taken on my cameraphone so the quality is not as good as it could be.
I had read recently that dance/electronic music was making a bit of a revival and this has just confirmed for me that it is certainly not dead. When I was growing up I managed to miss out on the rave scene and only realised that I had wanted to be a part of it once it had been outlawed. So for me this a kind of a second coming, not quite as raw as when it first happened perhaps but hey I can cope with that.
If you like dance music then this is a fantastic night out, the crowd who go there are really friendly and the club itself is a really good layout.
