Spent the last day helping a friend out and kept him company on a trip into the wilderness that is North Devon. He is interested in making a kit car and this was his opportunity to have a sit in it and be driven about in a finished one.

He was taken out by one of the people that builds the kits, so they knew the car really well, even though the weather was wet and horrible (not good in an open top car inches above the ground).

He was taken out for about a 40 minute run in the car. His first words when he got back were “that car is so quick” so I think he was impressed. I was impressed with the car from looking around it as it looks like it has been put together with a lot of thought for what it is and what itneeds to do. The two guys who own the company and build the cars and the kits really know the car and how everything needs to work.

The car is a Skunk designed and supplied in kit form by the Malone Car Company. The website can be found here.
