			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ran out of milk this morning, so couldn&#8217;t have my normal bowl of muesli for lunch.  Had a lovely chunk of bread with some really goaty goats cheese (left on the monitor to warm up, of course&#8230;)  Yum.</p>
<p>What I don&#8217;t understand is why I now feel like crawling under the desk to sleep for the rest of the afternoon.  I started having muesli to try and stop the mid afternoon energy dip (it worked), but surely brown bread can&#8217;t have the same effect? Can it?</p>
